♥ My Wish List ♥

Hi Girlies,

It's nearly Autumn (boooo!) and I have wanted to buy so much. I'm not sure if I have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or i just haven't managed to cure my shopping habit yet but I just want a shopping spree!
I've had my eyes on a few things so thought I would share. :)

1♥ Benefit 'They're Real' Mascara. I can not wait to get my mitts on this mascara. I am literally begging payday to hurry up and come!

2♥ Topshop Embellished Sleeve Vest: I think this top would look lovely with some black skinny jeans and heels. Perfect for a few casual drinks or a lunch date.

3♥ Side Tuck Chiffon Blouse: I love the colour of this top for some reason, and I think it would be perfect for evenings out or work. I would probably team this with Black Skinny Jeans and a black tank top underneath. Smart yet has colour. Perfect!

4♥ Buttermilk Nomad Embellished Tee: This is just pure love. I would happily wear this on a night out with skinny jeans and heels. It's just so pretty, detailed and feminine.

5♥ Mischa Barton Sienna Bowler Bag: I saw this bag on Oxford St last year and decided not to buy it and be sensible. Well, I've regretted that decision ever since and have tried to get my hands on it several times. It's always sold out. I've finally found some other sites that sell it and its in stock so I am just awaiting payday!

6♥ Romeo Revolver Necklace: This may be a little controversial considering the recent events in the UK but I've had my eye on this for months. I just always forget to buy it which is ridiculous I know! I may give it a few more weeks just until things calm down. :)

7♥ Bike Brass Necklace : Another statement piece I love. I can't wait to own this. I'm hoping my other half will see my universal amazon wish list and buy it for me!
http://galibardy.businesscatalyst.com/seeall : This website is amazing for jewellery. It has some controversial yet beautiful statement pieces so please give it a look. I discovered it months ago from another blogger who had on an amazing necklace. Ever since I've been hooked, I'd buy the whole store if I could!

What are you all wishing for?

Last Week in Pictures ♥

Hello,

Regardless of this strange yet hot weather, last week was quite fun so thought I'd share some goings on with you. I had a cupcake fest, a go at "Owling" and decided to update my room with a little wall art.
Ps. I must apologise to Tara for using the below pic but I LOVE it!

1♥ Hanging out with the Girls..Nothing like a good old gossip in our local Harvester
2♥ Our boss bought us cupcakes after a stressful day... Yummy!
3♥ My Magazine splurge.. I love Tuesdays!
4♥ After a few drinks we thought we'd do a bit of "Owling." The shame!!
5♥ My hubby n my love struck pooch. He doesn't even feed her but she still loves him more :(
6♥ Saw this wall sticker on Ebay and knew I had to have it. They had hundreds and you can pick any colour! I love this saying as its very fitting to me, I really do have the tendency to do the most ridiculous things!

Hope you all had a good week!

My July Loves ♥

Hi Lovelies,

July was a busy month for me and busy times, mean busy products... I thought I'd share with you what I loved last month and the new products that found their way into my life. ♥

From Top Left to right and around:

♥ Charles Worthington Shine Spray: This stuff has kept my hair looking soooo glossy this summer. On holiday, with all the sun and sea, my hair started to look dry. A few spritz of this and it was back to full shine even if it wasn't repaired.

♥ 17 Va Va Voom Volume Mascara - I am a die hard Maybelline mascara fan but I purchased this to broaden my horizons and I am sooo happy I did. It's thick, doesn't clump and does volumise. Plus it stays put all day.

♥ Sleek blush in Pixie Pink : I know this blusher looks extremely bright but I can promise you it's really not. A perfect light pink for the apples of your cheeks.

♥ Beyonce Heat Perfume: My new love. I was obsessed with Jimmy Choo but after getting this free with my Glamour subscription I'm in Love. I've worn it everyday since I got it in the beginning of July and have received loads of compliments.

♥ Jergens Naturals in Daily Moisturising : I was sent this and have been using it twice a week. When I came off holiday my skin looked a bit dry so I shoved this on after my bath. Its a funny consistency but it really gets in to your skin and it smells delicious.

♥ Primark Coke Vanilla Lipbalm - A weird thing to add I know, but I actually love this stuff. its not the most moisturising of lipbalms but it tastes amazing and is really shiny. I've been using it on top of my Mac Saint Germian lipstick.

♥ Illamasqua metal powder: I received this in my glossybox and haven't looked back. I've been using this daily, mixing a few pinchfuls into my foundation and my skin is currently glowing. You can use any other shimmer powder in the same way too. Just crush it up and mix or use a pot of gold pigment eyeshadow. :D This summer is all about Radiance and i am swearing by these kind of products.

♥ Elemis Papaya Enzyme peel - This is an amazing face mask that smells of Papaya and peaches. Delicious. Every time I use it I notice my skin is so hydrated, radiant and soft.

What are you guys loving at the moment? Anything I should know about?

Shopping gone mad - July

Hey Dolls,

On Saturday I was a little bored so I decided the only cure was SHOPPING!

I popped into Primark to have a little look and I was very excited to see they had a huge sale on. :D

♥ The Bits ♥

Shoes: Was £10 reduced to £6

Mint Top: Was £8 reduced to £3.

I wore this top yesterday and it looked so lovely on. I love the lace back and think this top is perfect for after work drinks or a spot of lunch. Its not too dressy but the lace adds a bit of something not too casual either.

I also bought some tights that apparently suck in your stomach. I didn't see the point of a picture as lets face it, tights are boring, but they were only £3 and if what the packet says is true, are going to be a godsend this weekend with a very tight dress and too many drinks!

Any one else grab a few bargains this weekend?

GlossyBox- July

Hey dolls,

I have been such a rubbish blogger recently so sorry about that! I went on holiday for 10 days then went back to work and god I've been sooooo busy. Anyway, i'm BACK and back with a bang.

Yesterday, I received my long awaited Glossybox! For those of you that don't know about this beauty, I have added the links at the end of the post and I will explain all!
Its basically a monthly subscription and costs £10 per month (from Sept they will adding a delivery charge) Each month a box is delivered to the address of your choice and inside holds a number of beauty products. The contents are kept a secret until they've all been delivered but I have not been disappointed with the past products. Glossybox started this May so its fairly new but its already kicked up a storm on the blogging scene. In Mays box the receivers were treated to a full size Nars facial illuminator as well as a full size lipstick and other goodies. Junes box included an Opi nail polish and a tester of Bio effect facial serum and this months box I think its the Best!
You can cancel at anytime so if you only want one box, one box is all you will receive although I doubt you will want to cancel.

Anyway, shall we take a peek into July's box? Okay... here goes :D..

The Packaging

The Products

The list

Products in detail
Left to Right
♥  Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Body oil, 100ml.
♥ Ciante nail polish in Skinny Jeans, Full size
♥ Orla Kiely perfume, trial size
♥ Ultra Sun factor 30 face cream, trial size
♥ Illamasqua Powdered Metal in Ether, Full size

I was extremely excited to receive a full size Illamasqua product. I currently don't own anything from this brand but I see several bloggers raving about them. This product is a multi purpose radiance highlighter, Its very fine powder that can be applied to your cheekbones, used as a metallic eyeshadow, applied to your body for a sheen or just anywhere you feel you need a bit of radiance. I used this yesterday for a big night out by mixing a few pinchfuls to my foundation and the results were amazing. Everyone was commenting on how much my skin glowed :D It's extremely glittery looking but I can assure you it doesn't come out like that. This product retails at £15.75 so for only £10 for 5 products it's amaze!

My next favourite product is the Weleda Pomegranite body oil. Its all organic and smells of citrus, which is weird as its meant to be pomegramite. ha-ha. My skins been a bit dry after 10 days baking in the sun then the cold wet British weather, so after the bath I slathered this on, and i am now so soft I could be made of silk! Again, this is a full size product and retails at £19.95.

The rest is just added extras.

I only paid £10 however 2 products alone cost just over £35!

My excuse? I work really hard and I deserve a treat every month. I cannot wait for August's box now.

If you like this idea and want to have a go then please see http://www.glossybox.co.uk/
